About Me

I see private clients for open-ended or time-limited sessions, this depends on the presenting concerns and focus. How long we will work together will depend on what you are wishing for from our sessions, your goals and what feels right for both of us.

I know it takes a lot to make the initial first step of making contact, and coming for the first session. Everyone is unique, so your needs are unique. I do not go by just one method but what you may need. I integrate Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches — the main one is Human Givens. This is your journey, which you are allowing me to be a part of.

I provide a professional environment which is a safe place, where there are no judgements or expectations, working sensitively, where you can share, explore and reflect on your inner thoughts and feelings, and your emotional and physical concerns that you may be finding challenging.

I see clients as unique and work with the client's needs — the “Human Given” needs. We are mentally healthy when our innate physical and emotional needs are met and our resources are used correctly. Together we would look at and identify what needs are not being met, and ones that may need developing, using a variety of techniques to activate the natural resources within.
